In order to improve the professional and social lives of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples we have designed a workshop that builds the capabilities of community through leadership.
We have combined modern leadership theories with cultural frameworks and cultural values to give participants the tools to set and to reach goals, building healthier relationships, achieve career aspirations and build cultural journeys.
