NITES uses flexible models to enable people from a wide range of backgrounds undertake comprehensive programmes.
NITES Objectives:

To provide education, training and employment opportunities to Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people with little or no experience in the workforce;

To provide education and training to Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander school students to obtain nationally recognised qualifications, increase retention rates and create employment pathways

To encourage industry growth and development through industry specific skills enhancement of the next generation of workers;

To provide Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander youth and unemployed with pathways out of welfare dependence;

To provide a better understanding of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander affairs to the public and private sector; and

Brothers Clinton Scott-Knight and Darren Knight are Wiradjuri/Ngunnawal men and are the Managing Directors.
We are passionate about our culture, leadership and education. We welcome close relationships with corporate, government and the wider community.
We have over 30 years combined experience in Aboriginal affairs holding several senior management positions at national, state and community levels in both public and private sectors.
We pride ourselves on having the ability to design and implement programs that are relevant for Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander peoples and have been recognised in doing so, winning multiple awards.
