NITES offers a unique opportunity for organisations to build their representation of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander employees and improve awareness of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander culture in the workplace.

NITES programs are intended to provide a framework for the growth and development of Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander people, as well fostering a workplace that respects and supports the needs of their Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander employees.

NITES has a register of Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander facilitators. All NITES facilitators and assessors have a minimum of Certificate IV qualifications in training and assessment in order to comply with the requirements for RTO service delivery.
